Greg, the technician, went above and beyond making sure both sides of my elliptical, pedal were safe to use not only the broken one. He discovered the other pedal was defective and parts were also ordered for that side and replaced. I really appreciate Greg's proactiveness as I do no want to have another accident while exercising like I did when the first pedal fell off. Go configure needs more associates like Greg!
